Terms and Conditions

Booking and Confirmation

A bus booking with Shree Travels is confirmed only after both parties have agreed on the route, bus type, travel dates and quotation, communicated via phone, WhatsApp, email or the website enquiry form. Verbal or written confirmation from Shree Travels is required before a booking is treated as final.

Quotations

Quotations are prepared based on the route, distance, bus type, travel dates and any additional stops shared by the customer at the time of enquiry. Quotations may change if the route, distance, passenger count, or travel dates are altered after the initial quotation is shared.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are expected to provide accurate information regarding pickup points, destination, passenger count, and travel dates. Any change to these details should be communicated to Shree Travels as early as possible so the booking can be adjusted accordingly.

Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation or rescheduling of a confirmed booking should be communicated to Shree Travels directly by phone or WhatsApp at the earliest opportunity. Specific cancellation terms, including any applicable charges, will be discussed and confirmed at the time of booking.

Conduct During Travel

Passengers are expected to follow reasonable safety instructions from the driver during the journey. Shree Travels reserves the right to refuse travel to individuals who behave in a manner that endangers the safety of other passengers or the vehicle.

Luggage

Passengers should inform Shree Travels of any unusually large or heavy luggage at the time of booking so that a suitable bus can be arranged. Shree Travels is not responsible for personal belongings left unattended on the bus.
